Our retreat schedule will encourage learning, laughter, friendship, and connection. Hang out with us! Worship with us! Retreat and recharge with your church family!

Search me, God, and know my heart; Put me to the test and know my anxious thoughts; And see if there is any hurtful way in me, And lead me in the everlasting way.

 

Prayer of Discernment

My Lord God,
I have no idea where I am going.
I do not see the road ahead of me
Nor do I really know myself,
And the fact that I think I am following your will
Does not mean that I am actually doing so.
But I believe that the desire to please you
Does in fact please you.
And I hope that I will never do anything apart from that desire.
And I know that if I do this,
You will lead me by the right road
Though I may know nothing about it.
Therefore will I trust you always though,
I may seem to be lost and in the shadow of death.
I will not fear, for you are ever with me,
And you will never leave me to face my struggles alone. Amen.

Prayer request:

Across a few cities, Jerusalem Alliance Church food distribution ministry provides essential food for hundreds of people.

  1. Given war of USA and Israel with Iran, pray for peace globally, for those directly impacted by the war, and Jerusalem Alliance Church.
  2. Peace in our region: Pray for an end to the ongoing conflict involving Iran, Israel, and the United States. May God bring comfort to those living in fear and uncertainty, and may our church be a source of hope and encouragement to the many who feel hopeless.
  3. Provision for Families in Need – Pray that every family receiving food
    packages experiences God’s provision, that their daily needs are met,
    and that small blessings multiply to bring hope and relief.
  4.  Protection and Peace – Pray for a shield of protection over children,
    the elderly, and vulnerable families in conflict areas, and that God’s
    peace would replace fear and anxiety in their lives.
  5. Spiritual Growth and Hope – Pray that through these ministries,
    hearts would be opened to know Christ, experience His comfort, and
    find hope in Him amid challenging circumstances. 
  6. Joy for the Children – Pray that the children in camps and
    communities would continue to experience moments of joy, laughter,
    and celebration, feeling loved, cared for, and valued.
