To celebrate the start of 2017, we will have a family-style hot pot church luncheon on January 1. What is a hot pot? It is a pot of simmering broth on a portable burner in the middle of each table. Then around it are plates of meat, seafood, and vegetables, all prepped and ready to be cooked in the broth. Like fondue, hot pot is a very sociable event.
There is a suggested donation of $5/adult person to cover the cost of the meats. Sign up to bring one or more food items and cooking equipment.
